Cream butter sugar til fluffy Beat in egg & peel Sift together dry ingredients; add to creamed mixture alternately with milk, beating after each addition Drop from teaspoon 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 14 minutes Remove at once from sheet; brush with lemon glaze Yield: 40 cookies NOTES : Lemon glaze 3/4 Cup granulated sugar & 1/4 cup lemon juice Email this Recipe:
