1 pkt lemon cake mix
2 cup Cool Whip (4 1/2 oz) thawed
1 x egg
Instructions:
Instructions: Grease cookie sheets. Combine cake mix, Cool Whip, and egg in large bowl. Stir until well mixed. Drop by teaspoonfuls in powdered sugar, roll to coat. Place 1 1/2 inches apart on cookie sheet. Bake at 350F for 10-15 minutes.

Makes 4 dozen.
