Instructions: In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Gently stir in yogurt a little at a time until well blended. Stir in lemon rind and honey. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Serve as a dip for fresh apples, bananas, grapes, oranges, pears, plums or strawberries.
