1/2 tsp finely-minced fresh lemon zest
1 tbl finely-minced fresh basil
1 tsp finely-minced fresh thyme
1 tbl thinly-sliced fresh chives
2 tbl capers finely chopped
1 tbl fresh lemon juice
Instructions:
Instructions: Whisk together lemon zest, basil, thyme, chives, capers, lemon juice and oil.

Use to marinate fish, shrimp, scallops or chicken breasts for at least 4 hours or up to 8 hours. Will keep refrigerated up to 2 days.

This recipe yields about 1/3 cup.
