Instructions: Place the chicken breast pieces into a bowl. Add the lemon rind and juice, sage and olive oil. Stir well and leave to marinate for 20 mintues.
Season the breadcrumbs, place on a plate, then roll the lemon chicken pieces in the breadcrumbs until well coated. Heat the oil in a large frying pan, fry the goujons for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Notes Serve immediately with a salsa dip. NOTES : Lemon chicken bites with a herby difference!
