Instructions: To make the Sugar Syrup: In a small saucepan, combine sugar, 1/2 cup water, and lemon rind. Bring to a boil, remove from heat, and cool. (Makes 1 cup)
In a large pitcher, combine 2 quarts cold water, sugar syrup, and lemon juice. Add ice, and serve in tall glasses This recipe yields about 2 quarts. Yield: 2 quarts Email this Recipe:
