Ingredients:

1 tbl olive oil
2 med zucchini, 1 pound cut lengthwise into quarters,
then into 1 1/2 inch pieces-about 2 cups
2 x yellow squash, 1 lb cut diagonally into 1/4 in slices (2 cups)
1 x clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbl lemon juice
Instructions:
Instructions: In large nonstick skillet heat oil over medium-high heat. Add next 6 ingredients and cook about 6 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.

Stir in juice and zest, remove from heat. 6 servings
