Instructions: Peel onions and slice off ends. Core the onions with a sharp paring knife.

Only go 3/4 of the way down. Add butter and spices,except paprika into med.

sauce pan. heat until butter is melted and stir. Pour equal amounts of butter mixture into holes in onions. Place on microwaveble saucers and microwave on high for 6 min per onion. Remove and place onions on cookie sheet. Place a slice of cheese over each onion. Sprinkle paprika on the tops of each onion. Heat at 350 degree in oven until cheese melts. Remove and serve. serves four
