Amount Ingredient
8 cup Water
2 tbl Nonfat Veg Chicken Broth, Low Sod
1 cup Lentils
1/2 cup Orzo
1 x Potato Diced
1 x Carrot Chopped
2 x Celery Ribs Chopped
1 tbl Balsamic Vinegar
1 tsp Tarragon
Instructions:
Instructions: Put all ingredients into pot. Cook on med heat until potatoes are tender and lentils are soft, about 30 min.
