Instructions: Saute onions and bulgur in oil until onion is soft. Stir lentils and water into sauteed mixture, bring to a boil. Sprinkle broccoli over mixture, cover and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes, until water is absorbed and broccoli is tender. Serve topped with yogurt.
NOTES : One of my favorites! The nutty flavor combined with the contrast between the hot pilaf and cold yogurt is wonderful. Email this Recipe:
