4 lrg limes
1 env unflavored gelatin
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup low-fat frozen whipped topping, thawed

Instructions: )From limes, grate 1 1/2 teaspoons zest and squeeze 1/2 cup juice.

Place peel and juice in large bowl; set aside.

In 1-quart saucepan, place 1 cup cold water. Sprinkle gelatin over water; let stand 1 minutes to soften gelatin. Cook gelatin mixture over medium- low heat, stirring constantly, until gelatin completely dissolves. Remove saucepan from heat; add sugar, and stir until sugar completely dissolves.

Stir gelatin mixture into lime juice in bowl; cover and refrigerate 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally until mixture mounds slightly when drop- ped from spoon. Remove from refrigerator.

With wire whisk, stir 1/2 cup whipped topping into lime mixture to lighten it. Gently fold in remaining whipped topping.

Spoon 3/4 cup mousse into each of 6 dessert glass or wine goblets.

Refrigerate until ready to serve. Garnish with lime slices.

Make 6 servings.
