Ingredients:

Vegetable cooking spray
3 cup chopped onion
1/2 lb beef round steak -- trimmed of fat and cut into 1/2 inch cubes
6 oz low sodium tomato paste
1 tbl paprika
1/2 lb potatoes -- peeled and cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1 qt water
1 tbl low sodium beef-flavored bouillon granules
2 x cloves garlic -- minced
1 tsp ground marjoram
1/2 tsp caraway seeds
Instructions:
Instructions: Coat a 4 quart saucepan or Dutch oven with cooking spray; place over medium heat until hot. Add onion; saute about 10 minutes or until golden brown. Add beef, tomato paste, and paprika; cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 1 1/2 hours or until thickened, stirring occasionally.

Yield: 8 servings.
