1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbl diet margarine
1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl; cut in margerine with a pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal.

Add yogurt and honey, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.

Turn biscuit dough out only lightly floured surface, and knead lightly 4 to 5 times.

Roll dough to 1/2" thickness; cut into rounds with a 2&1/2 biscuit cutter. Transfer dough rounds to an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for 12 minutes until golden. Serve warm.

Yield: 6 biscuits
