1 x 9 inch pie shell deep dish unbaked
3 cup peaches * see note
3/4 cup plus 1/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/8 tsp salt
1 x egg beaten
2 x egg whites beaten
1/2 cup nonfat sour cream
Instructions:
Instructions: * Peel, pit and chop peaches.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Into pie shell, spoon peaches. In small bowl, combine 3/4 cup sugar, 1/3 cup flour and salt. add egg, egg whites and sour cream, stirring until blended. Spoon this mixture over peaches. In another bowl, combine 1/3 cup sugar and remaining flour.

With pastry blender or two knives, cut in margarine until mixture is like coarse meal. Sprinkle mixture evenly over pie. Bake 1 hour or until golden brown. Serve warm.
