Instructions: Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Cook chicken in 1 tablespoon hot oil In a large skillet over medium-high heat 5 minutes on each side or until done. Remove from pan; keep warm. Saute minced garlic and chopped shallots in remaining 1 tablespoon hot oil in skillet until tender. Add tomato and next 5 ingredients; saute just until thoroughly heated.
