1/3 cup firm silken tofu, patted dry, crumbled
1/2 tbl fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp tamari soy sauce
Instructions:
Instructions: Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until completely smooth.

Store in the refrigerator.
