Instructions: Ere is a variation of the lollipops using the styrofoam plates.
Materials: 1 piece of pvc pipe about 3/4" in diameter and about 3 tall. 1 wooden base if using indoors or you can stick them in the ground outdoors with no base 2 styrofoam plates 1 pack of 35 cool burning mini indoor/outdoor lights clear celophane that is decorated or you can use tinted...your choice at least 20 yards of curl ribbon...color of your choice 4 1/2 of red out door ribbon or you can cheat and use red or green electrical tape start by making holes for your lights to poke through on one plate. You will use 17 for the plate part. If you imagine a clock face place the holes to correspond with the time I have listed: noon...1 1:30.......2 3..........3 4:30......4 6..........5 7:30......6 9.........7 10:30....8 Next ring is inside these and evenly spaced. 1pm.......9 4pm.....10 7pm.....11 10pm....12 next ring is inside these: noon.....13 3..........14 6...........15 9............16 In the very center is number 17 After inserting the lights, tape the wires to the back of the plate to keep them in place. Tape the colored tape on the PVC pipe for candy stripes. Insert the "stick"in between the plates and gently close the bottom somewhat around the "stick". You can tape, glue or staple the plates together. With the remaining lights, wind them around the stick to the bottom and tape in place at the bottom.
