Serve this olive paste "peasant caviar" in a bowl as a side dish to be spread on rustic Italian bread for picnics, barbecues, or a buffet appetizer. Chefs tip: to pit, place olive on a board and press with a knife blade. The pit should easily be removed with your fingers.
