250 gm spaghetti
150 gm canned tuna flaked
200 gm smoked halibut boned and flaked
150 gm canned mushrooms drained
225 gm tomatoes sliced
150 ml soured cream
150 ml milk
2 x eggs
50 gm grated Parmesan cheese
1 x salt pepper garlic powder
Instructions:
Instructions: Cook the spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water for about10 minutes until just tender.

Drain.

Butter an ovenproof dish put in half the spaghetti.

Add the tuna in a layer then the halibut then the mushrooms.

Arrange the remaining spaghetti on top of the mushrooms.

Top with the sliced tomatoes.

Whisk the soured cream milk eggs and Parmesan together.

Season well with salt pepper garlic powder and parsley.

Pour over the fish and spaghetti mixture.

Bake at 200 degrees C/400 degrees F/gas 6 for 30 minutes.
