Instructions: Cook the spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water for about10 minutes until just tender.
Drain. Butter an ovenproof dish put in half the spaghetti. Add the tuna in a layer then the halibut then the mushrooms. Arrange the remaining spaghetti on top of the mushrooms. Top with the sliced tomatoes. Whisk the soured cream milk eggs and Parmesan together. Season well with salt pepper garlic powder and parsley. Pour over the fish and spaghetti mixture. Bake at 200 degrees C/400 degrees F/gas 6 for 30 minutes. Email this Recipe:
