Instructions: Combine tofu, lime juice, oil, vinegar, lime peel, pepper and 1/2 teaspoon salt in bowl of food processor. Process until smooth. Transfer to small container, and cover.
Refrigerate at least 15 minutes. This recipe yields 1 cup. Comments: This cooling cream is a great contrast to spicy soup. It also makes a great all-purpose condiment to enliven beans and grains. Yield: 1 cup Email this Recipe:
