3 tbl Butter or margarine
3 tsp Fresh ginger -- finely
Grated
3 tsp Garlic -- minced
1/4 lb Carrots -- pared, cut into
3 oz Snow peas, strings removed
Cut diagonally
3 x Green onions -- 2-inch-long
Pieces
3/4 lb Fresh crabmeat or frozen
Crabmeat -- thawed
2 tbl Lime juice
Salt and freshly ground
Instructions:
Instructions: 1. In a microwave-proof serving dish, microwave butter on 100% power to melt, about 30 seconds. Add ginger and garlic; microwave on 100% power 20 seconds.

2. Add carrots and microwave about 30 seconds. Stir in snow peas and microwave 30 seconds. Add onion and crabmeat; microwave to heat through, 30 to 60 seconds.

3. Season to taste with lime juice, salt (if necessary), and pepper. Serve immediately.
