Instructions: Thaw hens if frozen. Mix stuffing mix according to package directions. Spoon into the cavity of each hen.
Mix butter with sugar, lime juice, wine, and soy sauce. Brush hens with sauce. Place trivet in crock pot. For 3 1/2 qt pot, place hens on end, neck down. Cover and cook 5 - 7 hrs. Brush with sauce once during cooking process, if possible. Makes 4 - 5 servings. Email this Recipe:
