2 sm	Pkgs. lime jello
2 cup	Boiling water
2 tbl	Grated cucumber
2 tbl	Grated carrots
2 tbl	Grated green pepper
	Onion juice , about 1/2 tsp
2 cup	Cottage cheese, drained well
1 cup	Whipping cream, whipped
1/2 cup	Mayonnaise

Instructions:

Instructions: Dissolve jello in the 2 cups of boiling water. Let cool, then add remaining ingredients. Put in refrigerator to set. Serve each serving with a dab of mayonnaise either on top or off to the side.
