Instructions: Grate the lime to yield 1/2 teaspoon of zest, then juice. Combine juice
(about 2 tablespoons) with mango, salsa and onion. Cover and refrigerate. Combine grated zest and salt and press evenly onto both sides of chops. Grill over medium coals, uncovered, 12 to 14 minutes, turning occasionally. Serve with salsa. Makes 6 servings. Email this Recipe:
