3 tbl	Fresh lime juice
1/2 tbl	Champagne vinegar
2 tsp	Grated lime zest
1 tbl	Minced garlic
2 tbl	Chopped cilantro and/or mint
1 tsp	Chopped, seeded Serrano chile or to taste
1/2 tsp	Toasted ground cumin
3 tbl	Olive oil
	Salt to taste

Instructions:

Instructions: Whisk all of the ingredients together. Can be stored covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

This recipe yields about 1 cup of vinaigrette.
