Instructions: Saute scallions in butter until tender. Add remaining ingredients except snapper & lime wedges; bring to boil. Reduce heat & simmer 10 minutes. Put snapper in sauce; spoon over fish. Cover & simmer 10 minutes longer. Serve on heated platter surrounded by lime wedges.
