Recipe for Lindas Broccoli Cornbread

Ingredients:

Amount	Ingredient
1 box	frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
1 med	Onion, chopped
6 oz	Cottage cheese
4 x	Eggs, beaten
1/2 cup	Butter, melted
1 pkt	Jiffy cornbread mix
1/2 cup	Mozzarella or cheddar cheese, grated and softened

Instructions:

Instructions: One of my office mates brought a pan of this to work today! Make it as soon as you can!

Spray a 8 inch or 9 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Mix together all ingredients. Pour into baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
