Instructions: In a soup pot, cover raw chicken breasts with water.
Add chopped onion and garlic salt to taste. Cover, and cook until chicken is done. Remove chicken and set aside. Add 1 can chicken broth and 1 cup dry wild rice to the liquid you have. Simmer until rice is done approximately 45 minutes. While this is simmering, cube the cooked chicken breast meat. Add second can of chicken broth and can of cream of potato soup, cubed chicken, and cubed cheese. Heat all through until cheese has melted, stirring frequently as it scorches easily. Enjoy.
