NOTES : This is going to be our Sunday brunch. Ill use nonfat yogurt instead of the sour cream; I just prefer the taste of yogurt.

We both really enjoyed this. Quite "quiche-like", and the pasta added to the eggs enhanced the body of the "pie". I think Ill use pasta in future frittatas/omelets.

Even thought DHs comment was "broccoli for breakfast -yuck!", he really enjoyed it. I served it with Morningstars veggie sausage links and Whole Foods sunflower bread. Of course, we added a several drops, or more, of hot sauce at serving time.

Lowfat Swiss cheese worked well, as did nonfat yogurt in lieu of sour cream. I doubt I could tell the difference if "real" Swiss and sour cream were used.
