1/2 cup dry vermouth
1/4 cup whipping cream
freshly ground pepper to taste
1 pch nutmeg
1 lb linguine
3/4 lb Italian gorgonzola
Instructions:
Instructions: Boil vermouth until reduced by half. Add cream, bring to boil and lower heat. Add pepper and nutmeg. Simmer for 15 minutes until reduced further.

Add gorgonzola simmering until chunks blend with cream. Prepare linguine as per package directions, drain, mix in the sauce and top with parmigiano cheese.
