1 lb Linguine or Spaghetti -- uncooked
2 cup broccoli florets
1 tbl margarine
1 lrg onion -- diced
2 x carrots -- sliced into 1/4 inch rounds
2 stalk celery -- diced
2 tbl all-purpose flour
1 x (14 1/2 oz.) can low-sodium chicken broth
1 tsp ground sage
2 cup smoked Turkey breast, diced
Instructions:
Instructions: Prepare pasta according to package directions. Two minutes before pasta is done, add broccoli florets to water. Cook two minutes; drain pasta and broccoli in colander.

In a large skillet, warm the margarine over medium heat. Add the onion, carrots and celery and saute three minutes. Stir in the flour. Add the chicken broth and sage and stir in the turkey. Stir until the sauce comes to a simmer.

Simmer 1 minute.

Pour the turkey saute over the pasta. Sprinkle the stuffing mix on top and serve immediately.

Serving Ideas : Heat this wonderful dish one of two ways, either in an oven proof dish placed into a pre-heated oven (350 degrees) or in a heavy pan on the stove, make sure internal temp reaches 165 degrees.

Serve with fresh bread or a salad
