2 x cloves garlic, minced
4 tbl olive oil
2 cup minced clams
1/2 cup whipping cream
3 tbl dry Vermouth
Spaghetti, cooked
Fresh Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
Instructions: Saute garlic in olive oil. Drain clams, preserving liquid. Add liquid to pan and reduce by half. Add cream, clams and Vermouth. Cook until heated.

Salt and pepper to taste. Toss with cooked pasta. Top with cheese. Serve with lots of wine!
