Instructions: Cook the linguine according to the package directions. Drain, rinse, drain again; place in a large serving bowl and cover to keep warm.
Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat the crushed tomatoes over medium heat until simmering. Add the shrimp and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in the parsley, oregano, basil, red pepper, salt, and black pepper. Cover and simmer over low heat for 2 to 3 minutes until the shrimp turn pink. Pour over the hot linguine and toss until evenly coated. Serve immediately. This recipe yields 4 servings.
