Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
2 tbl olive oil
2 tbl shallots diced
2 x garlic cloves minced
1/3 cup dry white wine
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 jar tomato-basil pasta sauce (26 -oz.)
1 can quartered artichoke hearts (14 -oz.) drained
1 can baby clams (10 -oz.) undrained
2 tbl fresh basil chopped or 2 tsp. dried basil
2 tbl fresh parsley finely chopped
Instructions:
Instructions: Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add shallots and garlic, and saute 2 minutes or until tender. Add wine and next 4 ingredients (wine through clams); reduce heat, and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in basil and parsley. Serve sauce over pasta.

Yield: 4 servings (serving size 1 cup sauce and 1 cup pasta)
