6 x plum tomatoes seeded
1/2 cup vegetable stock
2 cup baby lima beans, frozen thawed
3 x scallion thinly sliced
3 tbl mustard (grainy-style)
Instructions:
Instructions: Simmer limas, scallions and mustard in vegetable broth about 7 minutes while pasta is cooking. Add tomatoes and remove from heat. Toss cooked pasta in sauce.
