Instructions: Cream butter and sugar. Add all other ingredients except the chips.

Beat a few minutes. Add the mix 3/4 of the bag of chocolate chips.

Pour into a greased angel food cake pan, and sprinkle the remaining chips onto the cake. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
