Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1 cup Lentils, (washed)
6 cup Water, (approximately)
3 x Beef bouillon cubes
1 x Clove garlic, (chopped fine)
1 x Carrot, (diced)
1 x Celery stalk, (diced)
1 tbl Parsley, (chopped)
3 lrg Potatoes
2 tbl Vinegar
Instructions:
Instructions: Add the water to the washed lentils and bring to a boil. Add boullion cubes, garlic, celery, carrot, parsley and simmer for about 1 1/2 hours.

Add potatoes and boil for addional 30 minutes. Add vinegar; salt and pepper to taste.
