6 oz cream cheese softened
1/2 stk unsalted butter softened (1/4 cup)
1 tsp sweet paprika (preferably Hungarian)
1 tsp drained bottled capers
2 x flat anchovy fillets rinsed, patted dry, and minced
1 x shallot minced
1/2 tsp caraway seeds
Instructions:
Instructions: In a bowl cream together the cream cheese and the butter, add the paprika,

the capers, the anchovies, the shallot, the caraway seeds, and salt and pepper to taste, and combine the mixture well. Pack the cheese into a crock and chill it, covered, for 1 day to let the flavors develop. Serve the cheese with the crackers.

Makes about 1 cup.
