Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
3 cup White flour
1 cup Plus 2 tb. Rye Flour
1 tbl Yeast
4 tbl Gluten Flour
4 tbl Sugar
1/2 tbl Dry milk
2 tbl Veg. oil
1/2 tsp Salt
1 cup Sauerkraut,put in strainer pushing with back of spoon to drain, chop fine,loosely packed
Instructions:
Instructions: Put all in Bread machine according to manufacturers instructions. Select White Bread Cycle. 1 tb of caraway may be added at the beep!
