Instructions: Combine the first 5 ingredients; set aside. Beat egg whites and fold into the first mixture. Set aside. Coat a shallow pan with nonstick spray. Pat fillets dry with a paper towel and arrange on baking sheet. Spray fillets with nonstick spray and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Broil fish about 3 inches from heat for about 6-8 minutes or until almost done. Spread sauce evenly over each fillet and broil about 2-3 more minutes or until brown and puffy. Serve immediately. 4 servings.
