1/2 doz eggs
3 x to 4 Tbs. sugar
pinch salt
1 x & 1/2 oz. brandy (Ive never used this)
2 tbl butter
1 tsp baking powder
about 2 cups flour
oil for deep frying
Instructions:
Instructions: Beat eggs until foamy. Add sugar, salt, brandy, butter and baking powder. Add enough flour to make a stiff, but easily handled, dough.

Roll very thin. Cut into diamond shapes. Make a slit in the center of the diamond; pull one end through. Fry in hot oil until golden.

Dust with confectioners sugar.
