Instructions: Beat eggs until foamy. Add sugar, salt, brandy, butter and baking powder. Add enough flour to make a stiff, but easily handled, dough.
Roll very thin. Cut into diamond shapes. Make a slit in the center of the diamond; pull one end through. Fry in hot oil until golden. Dust with confectioners sugar. Email this Recipe:
