Instructions: Cut the rolls into thin slices, season with salt, pour the milk over it and leave it to soak. Wash the liver, skin and chop it finely. Mince it together with onions and fat. Add the eggs and season. Knead the rolls into the dough and form dumplings out of it. Simmer the dumplings for 1/2 an hour.
