Amount Ingredient
8 oz lobster
(or any seafood you choose)
1/4 cup mayonnaise
3 oz cream cheese
1 x egg yolk
1 tsp dried onion
1/4 tsp dried mustard
3 whl English muffins
Chopped hard boiled eggs for garnish
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix lobster, mayonnaise, cream cheese, egg yolk, dried onion and dried mustard.

Toast or grill english muffins and top with mixture. Broil for 2 or 3 minutes only. Garnish with chopped hard boiled eggs and sweet basil. Enjoy!!
