Instructions: In skillet, heat butter. Saute mushrooms. Sprinkle flour & cook 2 minutes. Add cream, seasonings & 1/2 cup lobster meat. Simmer until thick. Poach eggs. Place remaining lobster on rusks. Top with egg.
