Instructions: Prepare Popovers. Heat margarine in 3-quart saucepan over medium heat until melted. Stir in flour, salt, mustard and pepper. Cook, stirring constantly, until smooth and bubbly; remove from heat. Stir in milk. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute.Can be prepared to this point and then reheated and continued just prior to serving. Stir in lobster and sherry. Heat until hot. Serve over hot split Popovers. 6 SERVINGS; 290
