Instructions: The cooked meat of 1 lobster cut into chunks or 12 cooked langoustines
Place the leaves in a salad bowl. Shake the oil juice mint and saft and pepper in a screw top jar and toss over the leaves. Top with the mango and lobster or langoustines and serve at once. You can add segments of orange to the salad if you wish. Serves 4 Email this Recipe:
