1 x Tendersweet loin roast
25 gm Butter, (1oz)
1 x Onion, chopped
1 x Clove garlic, crushed
2 tbl Red wine vinegar
1 tbl Lemon juice
2 tbl Tomato puree
2 tbl Dark brown soft sugar
2 tbl Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp Dried mustard powder
1 tsp Clear honey
1/2 tsp Chilli powder
Instructions:
Instructions: 1. Cook the loin roast following the guidelines on the pack.

2. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, melt the butter, add onion and garlic and cook for 5 minutes until softened.

3. Add remaining ingredients, 150 ml (1/4 pint) water and seasoning to taste.

4. Bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally

NOTES : A quick and easy loin roast.
