1 x 9-inch deep dish pie shell uncooked and well chilled
12 x bacon slices
4 x eggs
2 cup heavy cream
3/4 tsp salt
1 pch of nutmeg
1 pch of sugar
1 pch of cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
Instructions: Fry bacon until crispy. Crumble. Beat together slightly the eggs, cream and dry ingredients.

Place bacon on bottom of pie shell. Take chill off liquid mixture on stove and add cheese. Pour over bacon. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Then at 300 degrees for 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
