Instructions: Heat oven to 275 degrees. Mix brown sugar, flour and salt in bowl. Beat egg white until stiff but not dry. Fold egg white into sugar mixture. Finally, fold in pecans.

Drop by tablespoonful onto greased cookie sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Let cool slightly before removing to prevent breaking.
