Turkey tenderloins

1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbl Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1 x garlic clove minced
1/4 cup dry white wine
1 tsp honey
1 tsp crushed dried rosemary
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine Marinade ingredients. Mix well. Add turkey, coating all sides. Cover and chill for 3 hours or overnight.

Place turkey on grill over medium-hot coals. Cover grill and cook 30 minutes per pound, brushing often with marinade and turning several times. Turkey is done when internal temperature reaches 170 degrees.

Comments: Turkey cuts suitable for grilling include tenderloins, thighs, breasts and breast steaks, drumsticks and whole turkeys. Use 1/2 cup marinade for each pound of turkey. Use the marinade only for soaking the meat and not as a dipping sauce. Instead, prepare a double portion of the mixture and reserve half of it for the sauce.
